Looking for a something unique to outfit your mc club, team or workplace with? A custom silk-screened or embroidered head wrap will make a positive impression. From office picnics to bike rallys, we've done them all.
However, there are some guidelines set, only for the simple fact that the core of our business is the manufacture of head wraps, stretch wraps, under wraps, beanies and backpacks. Silk screening is not the core of our business, so often times we will use a supplier. Embroidery is done in house, but is still subject to the guidelines.
Here are the guidelines:
1. The logo or lettering must be supplied by you. Preferrably in .JPG format and the highest resolution possible.
2. The logo or lettering should be one color. The more colors, the higher the cost, sometimes exponentially. A three color logo silk screened on 24 head wraps can run almost double the price of the head wrap itself!
3. There is a 24 piece minimum. However, at a 24 piece minimum, the price is going to be a lot due to fixed set up costs, fixed computer costs, etc. The more you order, the less those fixed costs are going to be an issue.
4. Please allow at least 4 weeks for completion.

I know someone who does silk screening and he can give me a deal on silk screening on 15 head wraps. Do you give discounts for volume buys?
My answer:
Yes, we do. We will give discounts for volume purchases. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST, THOUGH! The website is not set up to automatically generate pre-determined discounts and if you try to buy a bunch of head wraps it will charge you full price.
