We want you to be happy with your purchase and stand behind all of our products. You can return your purchase 14 days after from the day of receipt for any reason. Please note that the original tags must still be on the merchandise and the merchandise must be in the same condition as we sent it out. Sorry, we are not able to accept returns after 45 days, for any reason.
We will accept postage paid returns only after a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging.
A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied within 24 hours of receiving the return delivery.
We only refund charges to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Please note that any items not returned in the same condition as they were when sent out may incur additional charges.
Sorry, but we do not refund shipping charges.
Clearance items are NOT refundable.
When returning an item(s), we strongly suggest using a shipping method that you track while in transit. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages and having a tracking number will help track any shipment down for proof of delivery.
In the case of defective merchandise, we will gladly replace the merchandise and ship it back to you at no extra chage. Please note that we can not pay for the merchandise to be shipped back to us. Again, we will issue you a RMA number for the return.
If the nature of your defect is caused by a hole being ripped in the merchandise due to the hang tag being "ripped out", we can not accept that return. Please use common sense and cut the hang tag off the merchandise and don't try to pull it off or break it in two with your hands.
Please note that in all cases of merchandise being returned to us that you MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. If you feel you need to return merchandise, please send a email to: support@thatsawrap-online.com to start the process.
